a.     NO

7.    What’s the maximum cash amount a person can win?

9.    How do I become a finalist?

a.     When you pick from the treasure chest, there are tokens in the chest which will reveal if you are entered into the final draw.

 

10. How do I enter the competition?

11. Is the promotion valid on all forms of Top Up?

a.     No, promotion is valid for electronic top up only

 

12. How do I enter this promotion?

a.     There is no charge to enter but customers will be charges $1.00 when they receive the clue early.

13. What text messages will I be charged for?

a.     After you’ve sent the text CLUE to 2588 to receive the clue early, there will be no charged to send the text CLUE but you will be charged Thursdays and Fridays - $1.00 to receive the clue.

b.     Text to guess where the clue is - $1.00

14. What do I have to do to be eligible?

a.     Top Up $15 or more

                                                               i.      When you top up, you will receive a letter via text message. Collect all the letters and spell the word TREASURE. Once you’ve spelt TREASURE, you may dip in the treasure chest to pick for cash or prizes.

b.     Text to 2588 – To send a text to guess where the clue is will be charged at $1.00

                                                               i.      If you text in the correct answer to where the clue is. If you guess correctly, visit Digicel’s office at Port Zante for your chance to dip in the Treasure Chest for cash or prizes.

15. As a postpaid customer, how do I enter the competition?

                                                               i.      Pay your bill on time or in full or

                                                             ii.      Text CLUE to 2588 to enter.

                                                            iii.      All postpaid customers who pay their bill on time and in full or text to 2588 will be entered into a draw for their chance to pick from the treasure chest.

 

16. How does the competition work?

a.     The Digicel Clue will be placed in undisclosed popular locations around town.

b.     Clues will be announced on Sugarcityrock every Thursday and Friday at 2:15pm.

c.     Customers who text the word CLUE to 2588 will receive a text message at 2:00pm, fifteen (15) minutes before the clue is aired on radio.

17. What do I do with the CLUE when I’ve found it?

a.     Once you’ve found the clue, take it to Digicel’s office at Port Zante. Hand in the clue and dip in the treasure chest for a chance to win cash or prize.
