1. What is Digicel’s $20,000 Treasure Hunt Promotion?
a. This promotion gives customers a chance to WIN cash and prizes up to $20,000 to include:
i. Cash
ii. Credit
iii. Handsets – Mobile Phones
iv. Jewelry
v. Gift Vouchers
 
2. When does the promotion begin?
 a. 11th May, 2011
 
3. When does the promotion end?
a. Summer 2011. Exact date to be confirmed.
 
4. How do I enter the competition?
a. Top Up $10 or more and collect letters to spell the word “TREASURE”
b. Sign up for any postpaid or prepaid plan
c. Pay your bill in full and on time
d. Listen for clues on the local radio stations
 
5. What do I have to do to be eligible?
a. Top Up $10
i. When you top up, you will receive a letter. Collect all the letters and spell the word TREASURE. Once you’ve spelt TREASURE, you may dip in the treasure chest to pick for cash or prizes.
 
b. Sign up for any Postpaid or Prepaid plan
i. If you activate a new postpaid /contract account or subscribe to any weekly or monthly prepaid calling or text plan, you automatically qualify to dip in the treasure chest for a reward.

c. Pay your Postpaid bill
i. Pay your bill on time or in full and you will be entered into a draw for your chance to pick from the treasure chest
 
6. Where will the Treasure Chest be on display?
Customers who qualify to dip into the Treasure Chest are invited to Digicel’s Flagship Store on Fort Street, St Kitts for their chance dip in the Treasure Chest for cash or prizes.
 
7. How does the competition work?
a. The Digicel Clue will be placed in undisclosed popular locations around Basseterre in St. Kitts and Charlestown in Nevis.
b. Clues will be announced every Tuesday on Winn FM from 9:15am - 9:30am and on Fridays from 2:30pm-3:00pm on Freedom FM
 
8. What do I do with the CLUE when I’ve found it?
a. Once you’ve found the clue, take it to Digicel’s Store on Fort Street. Hand in the token and dip in the treasure chest for a chance to win cash or a prize
b. Gifts from the treasure chest cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
