6.    How do I sign up for BlackBerry service for a chance to enter the Digicel CashVault?

a.     With the purchase of a new BlackBerry handset & sim, both prepaid and postpaid customers become eligible to enter the CashVault once you sign up for a 1 month Unlimited Data Service:

                                                            i.      Digicel Postpaid Unlimited Data charge of $40 will appear on your invoice monthly

7.    As a Postpaid Customer, how do I qualify to enter the Digicel CashVault?

a.     If you are a postpaid customer, you will get your chance to enter the CashVault when you:

                                                            i.      Sign-up for a new Postpaid service

                                                          ii.      Purchase a BlackBerry handset & activate a new sim card with Unlimited Data service

                                                         iii.      Pay 50% or more of your postpaid bill

8.    As a Postpaid Customer, how will I know if I have been selected to enter the CashVault?

a.     If you are a postpaid customer, and you have been selected to enter the Digicel CashVault, someone from Digicel’s Marketing Department will call to inform you. Postpaid customers will not receive letters to spell “GRABCASH”.

9.     As a Prepaid Customer, how do I get to collect my letters to spell the word “GRABCASH”?

a.      Every time you top up $15 or more you will automatically receive a text message within one hour containing one of 8 letters to spell “GRABCASH”.

b.     Any form of Top-Up applies and will give you a letter (online, flex card, electronic).

10. What do I do if I spell out the word GRABCASH?

a.     Once you’ve collected all 8 letters you automatically qualify to enter the Digicel CashVault. Visit the Digicel Head Office at Port Zante to find out how soon you can enter the CashVault.

b.      All letters should be received on one mobile number. This means that you cannot claim prizes by combining letters on more than one mobile number to spell the word GRABCASH.

c.     You also have to be the owner of the mobile number in order to claim the prize.

11. What happens if I have lost an SMS with a letter? Can I still enter the CashVault?

a.     Yes, you can still claim your prize. We will verify that the missing letter was indeed sent to you.

12. How will finalists be selected for the Grand Finals on January 7th?
